• Be mindful to high a good spf daily but this is especially important when using this product at night
• Build up use slowly. The first week use just one night. Then use 2 nights per week for 2 weeks. Then use 3 nights per week for 2 weeks and so on until you build up to using every night if tolerated by your skin.
