HOW TO USE

• Ratio 1:2 (Ex: 35g Vario Blond Plus Bleach Powder and Igora Royal developer)
• Apply to dry hair and leave to develop for 20-45 minutes
• Observe progress during development time
• Additional heat is not recommended
