How to Use:

Adults take 12 tablets up to 3 times daily for stress. For sleep, take 1 tablet with dinner and 1 at bedtime. Children (6+) take 1 tablet up to 3 times daily, or with dinner for sleep. If no improvement after one month, consult a doctor.
