2. Warm up and apply with clean fingers.
Use the tip of your finger to warm up Color Balm and apply to skin by swiping a few times back andforth. This method is ideal for eyelid application, just be sure to tap very gently.

3.Apply with a clean makeup brush.
This method is preferred when looking to achieve a light, buildable color for an easy customized look.
