It contains the alpha-pure complex (Boswellia extract 2% Glucose + natural xylitol 3% 5 avocuta 2% salicylic acid 0.5%). It combines active ingredients astringent, keratolitic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and moisturizing. The action on inflammatory acne is enhanced by adding Saniskin 1.5% which is an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory agent that inhibits 5-alpha reductase. It can be used in combination with other acne treatments.This refreshing, delicately scented gel-cream has a non-greasy and non-sticky texture which makes it easy to apply.
