Directions:Apply the glossy side of the silicone pads to the skin, directly below the eyelid, and press gently.Apply the Refectocil Eyelash Tint or Perm.After the application time, remove the product as per instructions, leaving the silicone pad in place.Clean the pads with water and non-greasy soap for reuse.
