The way I would describe these are as agel-to-powder highlighter. The texture very much reminds me of a mix between the Nabla Skin Glazing Highlighters and the Colourpop Supershock highlighters. These are smooth, blendable highlighters that result in a glass like finish on the skin but without leaving a weird cast.
