HOW TO USE

Shake the bottle well before each use to mix the suspension of the bi-phase lotion, pour a drop of the Intense Eye Makeup Remover onto a cotton pad. Leave it on the eyelid for 3 seconds before gently removing the makeup from your eyelids and lashes by smoothing from top to bottom.
