YOLO Journalwas founded by writer and editor Yolanda Edwards in 2018. It is a quarterly publication for lovers of travel and of the printed page. YOLO seeks to provide a source of inspiration for travellers both new and seasoned alike.

“Given that we’ve finally been able to travel this summer, our fall issue of Yolo Journal celebrates some of the new places we’re excited about, like laid-back Menorca, which got a very exciting addition this summer–the Hauser & Wirth gallery designed by Luis Laplace, who shared his favorite spots on this island he’s been coming to for years. We also went to the Castello di Reschio in Umbria, a deeply soulful family project that also happens to be a hotel, and to Oaxaca, where we met the best fixer/concierge/guide who introduced us to the best people and places. We’ve also got Malta, a Balkan road trip, the South Caicos (a sleepy Caribbean island resort we’d never heard of until our contributor Adrian Gaut shared it with us), and lots more.”
